All the Holiday homes at Westhayes are privately owned for use by their owner and their family members.
We have no hire fleet and no subletting.

The Park is open from the first of March through to the 15th January each season which gives a lengthy ten and a half month season. This provides the owner the ability to use their Holiday Home over the Christmas and New Year periods.
Water, refuse removal, pitch fees and rates are included in the pitch fees.
Insurance is calculated on each individual Holiday Home our scheme is run using the F.C.A. guidelines details of the scheme are available from reception.

Electricity is by way of a meter that is read twice a year.
Gas is by bottle which can be purchased from reception bottles are delivered and connected by a member of staff for your convenience.

All our units come complete with UPVC Balconies, caravan skirts, Tv aerials and a gas bottle locker box. Parking is available adjacent to each caravan or Lodge.
